HOW TO ORDER JHS DOCUMENTS

               1. INTERVIEWS
Itemize your request by Name of Interviewee you want.
You will receive a CD or DVD.
    (NOTE: we no longer are able to copy the standard audio cassettes or microcassettes.)
  Indicate if you want the transcript and/or additional data. (Available by hard copy only.)

Indicate if you want the VHS or DVD when both available; otherwise, you will receive a DVD copy of the VHS.

    2. DOCUMENTS
Order Copies of Available Items :
            A. Mid-South Communities folders;
            B. Southern Heritage Index articles by name and issue date.

            3. ORDER:
Print and fill out order sheet below, then mail to Temple Israel Archives, 1376 East Massey, Memphis, TN 38120.

or send an email with the order information to memphisrevisited@gmail.com.
